Reward Programme Terms & Conditions

1. What is Dorra Slimming Customer Reward Programme?

Dorra Slimming Reward Programme Reward Programme is a programme launched to reward customers with Beauty Points (“BP”) on their purchases with Dorra Slimming and participation in campaign organised by us (“Programme”).


2. Do I have to apply for registration of a membership?

No, you do not have to. All customer will automatically be a member of ORDINARY tier upon purchasing treatment/product from us. If you are desirous of upgrading to membership of the next prestige, please refer to notice published by us from time to time or to our customer service. Our DIAMOND membership is by way of invitation only.


3. When are BP awarded?

BP are awarded upon completion of transaction. The number of BP awarded to and redeemed by customer will be reflected in the membership account.

“Completion of transaction” means that:
(i) our receipt of your payment for your purchases of our products/treatments;
(ii) completion of treatments at outlet;
(iii) our receipt of your submission of WeCare rating; and/or
(iv) campaign(s) organised by us where it is stated that BP will be awarded.


4. What can I use my earned BP for?

(a) You may use earned BP to redeem items listed in the BP catalogue provided that you have accumulated the necessary BP to redeem against the redemption value of the BP Items.

(b) We will publish the BP Catalogue which will list all the BP Items, together with the number of BP required for redemption of each of the BP Items.

(c) BP may not be redeemed until they have been allocated by us.

(d) All BP Items featured in the BP Catalogue are available while stocks last and we reserve the right to withdraw and/or replace any BP Items with a substitute of equal monetary value featured in the BP Catalogue, and/or change the BP required for redemption at any time.

(e) We reserve the right to cancel your request for redemption of any BP Items if there is a manifest and/or unintended error in the BP Catalogue. You will be notified of the cancellation.

(f) BP Items:
(i) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for other BP Items, cash or credit under any circumstances;
(ii) may not be suitable for your hair, skin or health condition, please read carefully the description accompanying the BP Items;
(iii) do not have a “trial period” (i.e not intended for trial); or
(iv) may be subject to further terms and conditions as listed in the BP Catalogue.

(g) Any additional transportation, delivery charges or other arrangements made in connection with any BP Items will be your sole responsibility.

“BP Items” refer to all items, which may include treatments and products, that are made available for redemption in the BP Catalogue.


5. Can I upgrade my membership using my BP?

Upgrading of membership can be done as long as there are sufficient BP for the redemption of the upgrade. The new membership shall be effective immediately on the day of redemption and will be valid for 1 year from the date of commencement of the new membership.
In the event a redemption is made for the purpose of upgrade of membership from SILVER tier to GOLD tier or PLATINUM tier prior to the expiry of the 1 year validity period of the SILVER tier, we will credit the remaining balance BP points used by you for the initial upgrade from ORDINARY to membership of the next prestige in the way as illustrated below.

ILLUSTRATION:
The remaining unutilised validity period of the SILVER tier will be divided by the BP used to upgrade from ORDINARY tier to SILVER tier, and the resulting calculated BP will be credited to your member account.

The validity period of your SILVER tier membership is 1 year.
When you upgrade from SILVER to GOLD, there is a 11 months validity period remaining.
We will prorate the 3000 BP originally used by you to upgrade from ORIDINARY tier to SILVER based on the remaining validity period, on a calendar day basis.
3000/365 days x (365days-31days)= 2745 BP.
2745 BP will be credited to your account.

6. Can I request to downgrade my membership?

Unfortunately, downgrading of membership is not allowed.

7. Can I cancel my redemption if wrongly entered?

Once a redemption has been accepted by the Company, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, amended, returned or exchanged.

8. Will my Diamond membership lapse?

Diamond membership shall lapse if customer has been inactive for the past 2 years (based on customer's last date of visit to our outlet for treatment OR last date of product purchase).

Inactive means that you have not made any fresh purchases of treatments/products from us in the aforementioned time period.

9. What are the registration requirements for the Programme?

The Programme is open to anyone accepted by us as customer.
We reserve the right to suspend, disqualify and/or exclude anyone from participating in the Programme.

10. Can I use the BP accumulated under the Programme in other country?

No. The BP accumulated is limited to be used at Dorra Slimming outlets in Singapore only.

11. Is there a need for renewal?

Yes. Except for ORDINARY tier and DIAMOND tier, membership will only be valid for 1 year from date of registration or renewal. Upon renewal, the renewed membership will be valid for 1 year from the date of renewal.

13. Is there an expiry date for BP accumulated?

All BP shall be cancelled and zeroized if customer does not visit our outlet for treatment or make any purchases for a period of more than 2 years from the date of last visit or last purchase.

14. Is BP transferrable or exchangeable for cash?

No. BP cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

15. How many accounts can one member have?

Each member is entitled to ONLY one Programme account tag under the customer’s identification only.

16. How can I check or view my BP balance?

We are not responsible for any delay in the posting of transactions which may result in a delay in the accrual of BP.

17. Is there a limit to the number of BP I can accumulate in a year?

No, there is no limit to the number of BP that you can accumulate.

18. My BP accumulation was not processed due to system error or cases which I had forgotten to inform the counter on my membership.

Termination & Refund


19. What happens to the BP if I terminate the treatment package or return the products for refund?

The Company will be entitled to claw back from the customer's BP account any BP already credited in respect of refunded purchases. BP balance will be deducted for the refund where the computation of the deduction will be based on current membership's BP factor.

20. What happens if there is insufficient BP to offset the refund?

When there is insufficient BP to offset the refund, current membership will be revoked. Membership credit arising from this will be credited to compute the final BP balance.

21. What happens if my BP balance is negative after refund?

Customer may continue to earn fresh BP by making payment for purchases of our treatments/products or visit us for treatment or participate in Wecare rating survey even if the final BP balance is negative. The fresh BP earned will be offset against the negative balance.

22. What happens to my membership upon termination and refund of all my treatment packages?

Upon full refund, customer membership will be terminated. Any unused BP shall be automatically cancelled and no longer be available for redemption.
Upon termination of this account for whatsoever reason, any unused BP shall be automatically cancelled and no longer be available for redemption.

23. We reserve the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Programme.

24. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the BP Items redeemed under this Programme.

25. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme with 30 days’ prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by us of this Programme shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against us for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by you as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

26. Termination of the Programme will take effect on the date stated in the termination notice. You must use any outstanding BP within 30 days of the termination date. All outstanding BP will be automatically cancelled upon the expiry of this 30-day period.

27. We may communicate with you in relation to this Programme via notice to you (whether by written notice or via electronic means) sent to your latest address/email address/telephone number as maintained in our records.

28. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Acknowledgement of Terms which is a part of and which regulates the provision of services and products by us. In the event of inconsistency between this Terms and Conditions and the Acknowledgement of Terms, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail insofar as they apply to this Programme.

29. Any props, accessories or equipment featured together with the BP Items in the Catalogue are for ornamental or illustrative purposes and shall not form part of the BP Items.

30. Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the accumulation and/or redemption of BP may result in forfeiture of the BP as well as suspension or termination of your participation in the Programme. The Company shall have the final say in the determination on whether fraud and/or abuse has occurred.

31. We shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond our reasonable control.

32. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not We have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

33. By participating in this Programme, you agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and our decisions.
